2. Information We Collect

Player Profile Data (Server-Side)

When you play games on MiniGamePlanet, a player profile is created using a SHA-256 hash of your IP address. We never store your raw IP address. The following data is stored in your player profile on Cloudflare KV:

• Player name (randomly generated or user-chosen)
• Game scores and play history
• Coin balance, earning history, and spending history
• XP, level, and progression data
• Cosmetic purchases and equipped items
• Casino bet history (amounts wagered, won, lost)
• Daily challenge progress
• Daily login streak data
• Achievement unlock status
• Last active timestamp
• Account status (active or suspended)

What We Do Not Collect

No email, real name, address, phone number, or payment information is collected. Player identification is entirely anonymous and based on IP-hash.

Embedded Third-Party Games

GameDistribution (operated by Azerion) games may collect their own usage data, serve video and display ads, and set cookies within their iframe. These are governed by Azerion's privacy policy. When you open a third-party game, your browser connects directly to that external host through a sandboxed frame.

Analytics Data (With Your Consent)

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-L5C611M3MB) to collect anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, device type, browser, and geographic region. GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information. Analytics data is never collected without your explicit consent.

Advertising Data (With Your Consent)

If you consent to advertising cookies, Google AdSense may collect data to serve relevant advertisements. No advertising scripts are loaded unless you explicitly grant consent.

3. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies. Our Cookie Policy provides a complete table of all cookies used on this Site, including their provider, purpose, duration, and whether they require your consent. The only cookie that does not require consent is the functional cookie that stores your cookie preference itself.

8. Children's Privacy

MiniGamePlanet does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No account creation, email address, or personal details are required to use the site. Player profiles are anonymous and based on IP-hash identification only.

Casino games require a one-time age confirmation (13+) before access. This confirmation is stored locally in the browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal information, please contact us at support@tpsworldwidellc.com and we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Data Retention

Player profiles (including coin balances, scores, and cosmetic items) are stored indefinitely on Cloudflare KV. Data can be reset at the company's discretion. There is no mechanism for individual data deletion requests at this time.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage and persists until you clear your browser data or change your preference via the "Cookie Settings" button in the footer.

For embedded third-party games, MiniGamePlanet does not control the provider's own retention periods for any logs, cookies, or device identifiers that may be set on the provider side.

9B. Player Profiles & Online Multiplayer

MiniGamePlanet offers optional player profiles and online multiplayer features:

• Player Identity: Player profiles are tied to a SHA-256 hash of your IP address. We never store your raw IP address. Your hashed IP is used solely to associate your display name and game scores with your profile.
• Display Names: You can choose any display name (3-20 alphanumeric characters). Display names and game scores are publicly visible on leaderboards to all site visitors.
• Game Stats & Leaderboards: Your game scores, win/loss records, and leaderboard positions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (KV and D1). You can change your display name at any time, but subsequent name changes will permanently erase all stored stats and leaderboard positions.
• Poker Chip Balance: If you play Texas Hold'em Poker, a persistent chip balance is stored in your player profile on Cloudflare KV. This balance has no real monetary value. Chip balances, top-up timestamps, and poker statistics (hands played, win rate, biggest pot) are stored alongside your other player data.
• Online Multiplayer: When you play multiplayer games, your moves are relayed through Cloudflare Durable Objects via WebSocket connections. Your display name is visible to your opponents during gameplay. Quick chat messages (preset emoji only) are also relayed between players. No free-text communication is supported.
• No Additional Cookies: Player identity is IP-based, not cookie-based. No additional cookies are set for player profiles or multiplayer features.

10. Changes to This Policy & Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
