6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

MiniGamePlanet features a virtual currency system ("Coins"). Coins are virtual tokens with absolutely no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be purchased, exchanged, transferred, sold, or refunded. Coins are earned exclusively through gameplay activities such as completing games, achieving personal bests, daily login bonuses, play streaks, and completing daily challenges.

Coins may be spent on cosmetic items in the Coin Shop (such as name colors, badges, and profile emojis) or wagered in Casino-style games. All cosmetic items are virtual and have no monetary value. Purchased items are non-refundable.

TPS Worldwide LLC DBA Jagan Worldwide Games reserves the right to modify the coin economy, pricing, rewards, earning rates, or balances at any time without prior notice. Coins and purchased items may be reset or removed at the company's discretion. No compensation will be provided for any coin balance changes or resets. Players acknowledge that virtual currency balances and cosmetic items are not property and confer no rights or entitlements.

6B. Player Profiles, Levels & Achievements

MiniGamePlanet provides player profiles that track XP, levels, achievements, and gameplay statistics. Player profiles are identified by an anonymous hash of your IP address. Profile data including level, XP, achievements, and stats have no real-world value and confer no rights or entitlements.

TPS Worldwide LLC DBA Jagan Worldwide Games reserves the right to modify, reset, or delete any player profile data at any time without notice. Achievement criteria and XP requirements may change at any time. No compensation will be provided for any profile data changes or resets.

7. Casino Games Disclaimer

Certain games on the Site are categorized as "Casino" games (e.g., Slot Machine, Roulette, Dice Roller, Texas Hold'em Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Keno, Coin Flip, Spin the Wheel, Scratch Card). All casino-style games are for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. All bets use virtual coins with no monetary value. Texas Hold'em Poker uses a persistent chip balance stored in your player profile. Poker chips have no real monetary value and cannot be purchased, traded, sold, or exchanged for anything of value.

All decisions regarding account actions are final and not subject to appeal. Exploiting bugs, using automated tools, or manipulating the coin economy may result in immediate account termination.

Some games on the Site are provided by third-party platforms via iframe embedding, primarily through GameDistribution, a service operated by Azerion. MiniGamePlanet does not control the content within embedded games. Third-party games are subject to their respective providers' terms and privacy policies.
